2. Can I Choose A Different Color For My Free Tidan?
Yes. You can choose any of the five colors for each watch, and you can repeat the same color if you like.
3. Is shipping really free?
Yes. Your Tidan order includes free shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you'll also receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
4. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are 4–9 business days within Europe and 5–12 business days for the rest of the world. Tracking information is provided once your order is shipped.
5. Can I swim or shower with the Tidan?
Tidan has 3 ATM water resistance, designed to help protect it from everyday exposure such as accidental splashes and rain. It is not intended for swimming, showering, or diving.
6. What if I don't like the watch when it arrives?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions of our return policy are met. Simply contact our support team and we'll guide you through the process.
7. Does the Tidan come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Tidan is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If an eligible issue occurs during this period, our team will assess it and provide the appropriate solution.
