ZEYR 2-Year Warranty
Every ZEYR watch is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.
What is covered:
• Manufacturing defects in the watch case, movement, crown, hands, dial, or other components.
• Problems caused by faults in materials or workmanship under normal use.
What is not covered:
• Normal wear and tear.
• Scratches, dents, discoloration, or cosmetic damage caused by use.
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, impacts, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
• Damage caused by water exposure beyond the watch’s stated water-resistance rating.
• Damage to straps caused by normal use or improper handling.
If you experience an issue that may be covered by the warranty, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the problem.
Our team will review your request and, when the issue is covered by the warranty, provide the appropriate solution.
